We just welcomed 5 more dogs from Tuscon and another greyhound from Korea on December 28! Most folks involved in rescue/adoption will agree that placing black dogs is more difficult than other colors. We have a number of very sweet black dogs now and they are gorgeous.

It's time to start thinking about running/walking in the Human Race! WCGA welcomes anyone to raise money for our cause. The greyhounds will be there again on May 5, 2012. We are very fortunate to be able to help 6 hounds from 3 different locations this month. 2 will arrive from Tuscon on 12/8, 2 arrive from Korea on 12/18, and 2 are from Sacramento. Keep an eye on our website...updates to follow! |

We are very excited about the arrival of 5 new hounds here in Northern California. Two were adopted the day they arrived and three headed off to foster care in Santa Rosa and Novato. They are all settling in just fine! |
