Fostering - Fostering a greyhound gives the foster family the opportunity to care for and develop a relationship with the dog without making a lifetime commitment. Foster families are provided with all the supplies necessary to care for the hound until a permanent home is found. Fostering is also a great way to discover if you're ready to make a greyhound a permanent member of your family.

Donations - WCGA is dependent upon the adoption fees and tax-deductible financial support in order to place retired racers in their new homes in the Northern California Area. We also keep a "wish list". If you have large dog crates or other supplies you no longer have need for, call us at 1-800-WC-GREYS, and we'll let you know if we're in need of it at that time.
